In connection with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we provide information about how, we from the Union of the Blind in Bulgaria, respectively hotel Rest house “Relax” – Shipkovo mineral baths, Troyan Municipality will use your data, as well as on the rights you have in this area.
Depending on the specific case, the Union of the Blind in Bulgaria processes (or may process) your data under the following conditions:
– processing is necessary when preparing a reservation and providing a relevant service;
– processing is necessary to meet the requirements contained in the legal framework;
– the processing is for the purpose of providing information based on your explicit consent to an inquiry/reservation, service or otherwise;
– other conditions referred to in Article 6(1) of the Regulation.
Union of the Blind in Bulgaria, respectively RH “Relax” will use your data during the duration of the service/reservation contract, as well as after its termination. In the event of a contract, the applicable legal framework obliges the UBB to store your data for the performance of its obligations under the terms of the contract. In the case of a concluded contract, the applicable regulations oblige SSB to store your data for the fulfillment of its obligations under the terms of the contract.
In order to ensure more effective control of individuals’ data, the Regulation confers a number of rights, including: right of information, right of access, right of rectification, right to erasure, right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, right to object to automated decision-making, right to withdraw certain consents for processing. The conditions under which those rights may be exercised are laid down in Article 7(3) and Chapter III (Articles 12 to 23) of the Regulation.
